Veridian AS was formed from the merger of two companies with long histories in their respective fields of business. By combining our expertise, we have established an interdisciplinary centre of expertise unique in the Norwegian market.

Veridian Analyse AS is a continuation of BER Verdivurdering AS, established and run by Johan Berg-Svendsen. The company’s roots in the field date back to 1990, and it is known as being the leading independent agency for the appraisal and valuation of commercial real estate.

Veridian Corporate AS was established by two former partners of Eiger Corporate AS, Jørgen Bøhn and Espen Rødaas. Each holds over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance consulting, with a long list of references in transactions, support for mergers/de-mergers, and value-optimising activities for businesses.

We established the Veridian Community concept at Thunes vei 2 in Skøyen, an office environment for dedicated, skilled, and friendly parties in consulting, investment, and administration. We all have in common that we want an exciting workday, access to business opportunities, and, not least, to exchange our expertise and services.

Today, the workspace consists of Veridian, which is comprised of a professional community in corporate finance (M&A) and real estate consulting, Reyr Eiendom (Administration and technical consulting), Connecto Bedriftsmegling (M&A), Fyrvik Group (Consulting, maritime and off-shore sector), and Spor Eiendom (Property development).
