Jonas holds an MSc in Engineering (Civil and Environmental Engineering), specialising in property development and administration from NTNU (Sivilingeniør), with additional studies in fundamental valuation and valuation of commercial real estate from the Norwegian Real Estate Academy. Jonas is also recognised by the European valuation organisation TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations) as a “Recognised European Valuer (REV)”.
He possesses extensive experience in valuation, rent assessments, and other real estate consulting projects. His technical expertise, combined with his comprehension of real estate economics, provides him with an excellent foundation for supporting investors with adapted advice suited to the client’s needs.
