Per Erik graduated with an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from the BI Norwegian Business School and the Skema Business School. Per Erik is also recognised by the European valuation organisation TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations) as a “Recognised European Valuer (REV)”. He holds nine years of experience in valuation, rent assessment, and analysis in both the housing market and the market for commercial real estate.
Solem also has extensive experience with special properties such as common areas, museums, public properties, kindergartens, schools, and more. His technical expertise, combined with his comprehension of real estate economics, provides him with an excellent foundation for supporting investors with adapted advice suited to the client’s needs.
